In the app

Open BlinkPals → You → Privacy and settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your profile, posts, comments, stories and messages are removed, and media cleanup runs automatically.

Without the app

Email support@zenzop.com from your account’s email with the subject “BlinkPals account deletion” and your @handle. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days. Never send us passwords or verification codes.

What is kept

Backups for up to 7 days, security logs for about 30 days, and minimal records we must keep by law or to prevent abuse.
