Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Zenzop International Private Limited for using BlinkPals. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

Who can use BlinkPals

You must be at least 18, give accurate account information, keep your login secure and use one personal account per person (plus professional accounts you control).

Your content

You own what you post. You give BlinkPals a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the service according to the audience you choose, only to operate and improve BlinkPals. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including music.

What is not allowed

Anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, nudity or sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hate speech, encouraging self-harm, terrorism, scams, spam, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to break or misuse the service. Full details are in the Community Guidelines.

Safety and enforcement

We use automated checks and user reports. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law, and we cooperate with lawful requests from Indian authorities. You can appeal a decision by writing to support@zenzop.com.

Service changes

BlinkPals is provided “as is”. We may change, add or remove features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently nothing, as BlinkPals is free).

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer.
